Hospital Overview
Background of Bahati Community Hospital
We established Bahati Community Hospital to serve the Umoja community with quality and accessible healthcare services. Located on Moi Drive in Nairobi, our facility is accredited by the National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF), ensuring that patients can access affordable medical care. Over the years, we have built a reputation for excellence, with many patients choosing us as their preferred NHIF facility in Umoja. While historical records about our early beginnings are limited, we want to clarify that we are distinct from other similarly named institutions in Nairobi. For example, Bahati Health Centre, a public health facility, operates in the Bahati area of Makadara Constituency, providing local authority services to the Bahati division. Additionally, the Bahati Community Centre, established in 2003 in the Kayole/Soweto slums, focuses on affordable education and support for orphaned and vulnerable children. This initiative offers secondary and technical education, as well as rehabilitation programs, helping young people gain practical skills for self-reliance. At Bahati Community Hospital, we remain committed to providing exceptional healthcare services to our community. We take pride in our role as a trusted medical institution, ensuring that everyone receives the care they deserve.
